• Aug. 30, 2007 - Do you live in a too-small house?

I'm looking for websites/blogs/books etc on creative ways to make space in a small house. Preferably using no money! I am feeling very challenged with fitting into our new house. It is about 1/2 the size of our old one! We've managed to get the kids and the furniture in (though one rocking chair should have been left behind, I think) but I need storage solutions.  Or even just empathy!

We are here, we are here, We Are HERE! I haven't much help, though, in advice about living in small spaces. I'm sorry. It is very hard to move and make a new group of friends. I am thankful to have stayed put for the last 11 years! I was very homesick, I remember, when we moved from Oregon to California. I had only been out of our little town a couple of times a year, let alone going to another state! I'll be praying for you!
