Handmade cards...

Hi!  It's Friday Show n' Tell again!  I truly enjoy participating in this and seeing what others have to show and tell.

Last week my daughter and I made over 30 handmade cards.  She's doing a great job too!  She colored all the stamped images and I helped with paper cutting and layout.  It's been fun helping her make them.  She plans to sell the cards.  Her goal is to earn some money to help pay for horse riding lessons.

Which one do you all like?  I don't know which is my favorite.  I like them all!

To see more show n tell participants, go over to Mary's blog, Raising 4 godly men!  Have a blessed day and weekend!

Oh, I like the horse ones....hands down! And the pinkish horse one in the middle is my favorite. :-)
Did your DD draw that horse? Did YOU draw that horse? Nice....
If you'd like your DD to get a chance to win a couple of historical "horse books," go to Growing in Grace's on-line magazine (ever heard of it?) and enter to win a couple of books I wrote for girls who like horses:

You're right, they're all nice, but I always wanted a horse and never got one, so I go for the horse cards. Happy sales to you!

Thanks for commenting on my book festival photos. I had the best time!

300? Now, that is a lot of cards! I think she is quite a talent though. I hope she meets her goal. Horses are worth it.

I think my favorite is the "for you" card. Your daughter did an awesome job with those cards. It was hard to decide a favorite.

That is amazing. Anyone that receives those hand made cards will treasure them. Favorite? Well, if pressed to pick one, I think it was the third one that had the pick up truck and the pressed leaves in the paper behind it.

Cute cards. Well, we are partial to anything horsey around here, but I like the "for you" one the best, but they are all nice. Great S&T!

No, I've never canned pumpkin.
With all our pumpkins, I really did have good intentions to dig out the pumpkin stuff and freeze it for pumpkin soup and for the pumpkin seeds. I bought some pumpkin soup from Kosco's a few weeks ago and it was over the top. So I thought making homemade pumpkin soup would be good. And then my daughter in law made some out-of-the-world pumkin seeds - she put all kinds of seasonings on them instead of just salt.

But I've been so busy with the stuff that was driving me nuts (and embarrasment) - the freezer - it was getting to the point I couldn't find anything in there! And my bedroom. I feel so good about getting those done. And also, I spent a ton of time on our horses, and with the cold and wet weather we have now, I don't regret that either.

But...who knows, if the pumpkins are still good (their still on our porch, uncarved) I might get to it this week!
Have a great week!

I know I'm really behind looking at everyone's S&T, but such is life! Great cards - my daughter and I choose the horse picture as our favourite. Anything with a horse will sell to little girls. Thanks for the show!
