Our family has always loved Celestial Seasonings herbal teas. In fact, the girls and I drink a cup of herbal tea almost every morning. Ummm! Other people occasionally suggest different brands and types of herbal teas for us to try, but we usually find that they smell and look wonderful...but taste like hot water. Well, I must admit that Trader Joe's has at least one tea we enjoy that also tastes as delicious as it smells, and that's their Pomegranate White Tea.
Did you know that all tea (except herbal teas) comes from the same tea bush/tree?
Yep! White tea, green tea, black tea, monkey tea, and oolong tea served in Chinese restaurants (which is typically called "trash tea" by tea experts) all comes from the same plant! What varies is from what part of the plant the leaves are picked, and at what stage of development. Interesting, don't you think?
