Jan. 11, 2007 - Hi!
I've made up a kind of 'tag' I guess. If any of y'all have read Little Women, you'll remember when Miss Kate suggested they play the game were everybody made up a bit of a story, and then stopped at a cliffhanger, for the nest person to continue. Well, I thought that would be fun to do, espesially among those of us who enjoy writing. I'll begin, and then tag somebody to continue it. Please keep your contributions realitivly short and paste the story thus far onto your entry before continuing with your bit. Thanks! And now....
Once upon a time, a long time ago, high on a hill, there lived a young man. Every morning he went to work, made enough money to live comfortably, came home, ate the dinner his cook had prepared for hime (for he was really pretty well off) and stayed up half the night reading and smoking his pipe (which was what everybody smoked back then). One night, as he sat in his armchair, smoking and reading a particularly thrilling bit of a story, he heard a strange noise. He looked up. The sound continued, but he couldn't quite place it. He got up and headed for the kitchen, where the noise seemed to be coming from. He opened the back door, and there on the stoop was a baby! But he barely even noticed it, as remarkable as it was, because something else was even more amazing. He looked out and saw-

oh, that's ok! I wouldnt care anyway, just cuz it's not exactly the same as my story.
