Problem: Owen takes his blanket all around with him. But, he's about to go to school and can't take his blanket there.
Solution: Owen's mother cuts his blanket into small squares that he can carry around whereever he goes.

You identified 4 out of the 5 story elements. Great problem! For the "plot" element, is there anything that happened before Owen's mother got the bright idea to cut up his blanket? That could be a "plot" or event that happened. Sort of like the "middle stuff" before the problem gets solved.
