Now, just remember, I said I wasn't so good at this. And, while it was IMPRESSIVE that I did a plan last week...

What is not surprising, is that I have a couple of those to toss over to this week.
I REALLY want to do the
Maple Glazed Chicken. I had the chicken out and thawed. They day I took it out I realized it really wasn't going to happen, but I had faith for the next night. I was so proud. I had meat THAWED, a recipe PLANNED. But, alas, I was out later that night than originally figured into my schedule. Dear, sweet, kind, thoughtful hubby (who NEVER does this) decided to fix dinner, so it would be ready when we got home. He BBQ'd the chicken. So, it was yum! And, a sweet surprise. However, I'm really hoping that I have another bag of tenders in the freezer (I think I do), cuz' I was so looking forward to trying that!
And, I really want to do the
Baked Terriyaki Chicken (a la rabbit, I think). So, I'm going to attempt those two again this week.
I'm also thinking sloppy joes sound good. We had hamburgers today and have leftover buns. My daughter wanted them, so that will probably be tomorrow.
Spaghetti (with sauce made from our garden tomatoes)
Finally, I think one night will be soup from the freezer. I've got some broccoli soup and some chicken noodle soup. So, one of those.
For breakfasts, we'll probably go German Pancake one day.
Other than that, I'm going to have to think on this one. I'm not feeling inspired at the moment. But, I've got the week off to a start, at least.
