This is one of my Favorite things to eat:Tri- color Rotini cooked drained and cooled canned whole tomatoes sliced width-wise marinated artichoke hearts whole pitted black olives Garbanzo beans cooked drained and cooled shredded Parmasan cheese Balsamic vinaigrette [1/3c. olive oil 1/3c.balsamic vinegar 1-2 teaspoon sugar 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning , 1 tsp. mustard clove garlic 1/8 tsp black pepper]. 1. mix pasta, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, black olives, garbonzo beans. 2. serve in bowls. sprinkle cheese add balsamic vinaigrette.
