Yes, a bomb threat has taken place at the very school I took my girls out of!!  It happened just a few days ago!!  There are three suspects and they're all middle-school aged girls!!  The police are doing a handwriting analysis on the note that was written on the girls bathroom wall.  They evacuated the children while bomb-sniffing dogs went through the school!!

How thankful I am that God changed my heart and opened my eyes to bringing my girls HOME!!

How insanely scary! I am so glad they are home with you. I know they didn't find a bomb, but just the mental anguish that those kids had to go through is sad.

We were at MIL's house the other day and she was commenting how not even a one room schoolhouse is safe anymore. Well, I can think of a few one room schoolhouses that ARE safe! :)

I didn't even hear about that one. That is where my three kids would be, if I didn't pull them out this year. I asked my older son if he had heard about it, and he had. He still keeps in contact with a few of his old friends. I'm still shocked.
All this after the past few weeks is overwhelming. I am still grieving over the little Amish girls. I can't believe people can be so cruel.

How very scary!! Right before I disenrolled my son from 1st grade his school went into lockdown. I was so scared and of course, they wouldn't let parents in to get their kids. (It's important to note that had nothing to do with our homeschooling decision and he thought the "day under the desks was great fun!!")
