Vintage Aprons
Hey ya'll, the hubby and I love to shop at thrift stores. You just never know what ya might find there. Last week I was lucky to find these aprons. One of my most favorite things by the way... I like to collect aprons. The older, the better. I think I got my love of aprons from my beloved grandmama, who wore one every day. Sadly I don't own any of hers. But I do have lots of good memories of her and her aprons. Hope you enjoy these pictures of my apron collection... Happy collecting...

Yep! Shopping at thrift stores are so great! Those aprons are so cute! Mom bought Sarah a couple of aprons last year. :)
No, I've never check out any cooking sites on the web 'cuz it takes forever to view them since we have dial-up. :( But I have heard of Curtis Stone. I think we've watched him a few times. But our favorite cooking show is "Take Home Chef". Sarah really likes watching him! :)

Yes, the friendship bread is Dad's favorite! Well, Dad wasn't able to eat half of it all by himself. I think all he got was one piece. Mom, Sarah, Pokey, Heather and I ate most of it while he was taking a nap! lol! :-D

No, we haven't started our veggie garden yet. We can't quite find someone who can come and tiller up the dirt. :( Mom got most of our seeds. All we have to do it wait for the garden to be tillered and then we can go and buy a bunch of plants at that plant place where you and your mom brought us. Do you know which place I'm talking about? I think it started with a B. :) Wish you could be here when we go.
