I was going to write a review on the book because it is so great when I ran across the blog Corganic. This blog author did a great job reviewing the book and added a bit of his own to the review so I figured you would get far more from his review than mine could give. I will tell you that since my daughter is sick and taking antibiotics, I started her on a probiotic supplement. I started her low because it was an adult dose and she is eleven. By Sunday, her stomach was starting to "twist" on her. I increased the probiotic and started stirring it into her yogurt. The stomach twisting is gone and she has felt fine ever since. It is so amazing how God brings the right tools at the right time.
Take the time to read this book. It is a must for any family that desires to live a healthy life!
