I have a couple of clichés/idioms to share.
Here is a challenge to see if you know what these mean:

I think I know what one means..one swallow bird doesn't make it summer. Meaning that one good happening doesn't mean everything will go your way, sort of like counting your chickens before they hatch. Yeah, that's right! *song of triumph* *laugh*
The other I cheated and looked up, but I found the meaning very interesting. A pig in a poke means to buy something without seeing or examining it. And it actually originated in England, when dishonest farmers would sell unknowing customers a runt or sometimes even a cat in a "poke" or small sack. They would say they couldn't open it for fear the pig would escape. I know I'm most likely rambling, but really it's fascinating, isn't it?
