In The Bookcase - Latch Hook

I thought I would share with my readers the latest craft project I'm working on!

It is a Latch Hook kit. The finished project will look like this:

The picture does show a Christmas design, so I am planning to stick with my new project until I finish it... hopefully before Christmas!

This is a picture of the first row I did (it is the bottom of the latch hook design).

Now that I've been working on my latch hooking for a few days, I have completed 8 rows of it.
You can see the progress:

I thought you would also like to see my big pile of yarn packets....!!

I am enjoying my new hobby very much!

Oh, I love doing Latch Hooks! I haven't done one for quite a while, though, because I enjoy knitting and crocheting better.

Yes, my dictionary is quite delightful, and I have it here with me in the motorhome that we are living in. I couldn't bear to pack it so soon! :P
