I have some exciting news....
Yesterday morning I took my driving test and passed. This means I now have my driver's license!

I was very surprised at how easy that the driving test was! The most tasking thing that happened was at the beginning, the lady testing me was checking all of my front and back signal lights & brake lights. Everything was fine, until she noticed that the center brake light on the back wasn't working. So, my mom & I had to leave to buy a new bulb for the brake light. After that was settled, I finally got to resume my test with no more troubles.

The entire driving test lasted for only a few minutes, it seemed. There were 7 different stop signs/stop lights that I went through. I also had to drive in reverse for a few feet.
I thought I would probably have to park the car a couple different times (at least). But I only parked the car once in the test, and when I did, I had to position the tires as if I was doing an up-hill park. Thank goodness I didn't have to attempt to parallel park, because that would have been a disaster.

Basically, the test seemed like I just weaved my way through a few streets, and I was already finished. It was all over so soon! Anyways, I'm very glad it's done, so I don't have to worry about taking my test anymore. It's quite a happy feeling.

Good for you!

I've only just started driving recently... :-) I have never been that enthusiastic about driving and the main reason I have my permit is because I had to have photo ID to take the SAT! Though now as I'm getting busier, I'm seeing that having a lisence would be rather helpful. I'm quite a ways away from a lisence however... I haven't graduated from the parking lot yet! ;-)
