Nov. 16, 2008 - Twilight article

  Everywhere I go I see these dark stores hosting Twilight.  I don't mind Twilight being hosted there but I would prefer other stores to host it also.  I saw online that most people feel the Twilight soundtrack is Emo and sounds really gothic.

  I can't wait to see the Twilight movie but I'm also anxious that they changed it alot.  I've read the whole Twilight series and I like them alot. The last book I questioned, but it's ok. 

  There was an article in Today's Christian Women that was talking about Breaking Dawn.  The beginning of the article basicly reviewed over what has happened in Twilight so far. The rest is a discussion with the women writing the article and mothers.  Basicly they think the book is ok, but it's best that young kids don't read it.  Dawn Eden(who wrote the article) says that Breaking Dawn brings up good discussions between mothers and daughters. 

 The article was really interesting and I would have posted it but I couldn't find it anywhere.  I wrote down most of it on paper, but I'd prefer to have the whole article to present.

Oct. 9, 2008 - What does EMO mean?

 Ok, I've had alot of people ask me what EMO means.  The best definition is emotion or emotional.  EMO people are prone to strong emotions.  All of us are, but they let the emotions come over them.  Like taking over basically.  That is the best definition I can come up with.

  If someone has a better way of putting it then by all means tell me.  I'd like to make it a discussion.

My username describes me.  My name means rose and I basically am a rose in the way that I am.  But there is a prickly side of me.  Kind of like my blogs.  Scattered Rosepetals kind of is like the bloom(though if you see pink it's not me. I hate pink!), and Is EMO love? my thorn. 

Jun. 7, 2008 - Emo romance

  Tinuviel gave me a very good discussion.  Emo Romance.  An emotional Emo is the perfect person.  Everyone needs to be emotional.  Romance is the best thing to be emotional about.   If an Emo can get into a good romance story that is good.  Not many people can.

  Most likely an Emo person knows more about romance than we do.  They can slowly tear apart a good romance and give you the real meaning.  I should know, I'm surrounded by people like that.  Twilight is one of the best romance books for an Emo.   At least I think so.

Jun. 1, 2008 - Twilight

   I thought it was about time for a new entry.  Has anyone read the book Twilight?  I love it.  It's a truly wonderful book.  Guess what?  An EMO let me borrow it.  He says he is not an EMO, but his little brother says opposite.  What ever. 

  So if an EMO can love a good romance book is there hope?  I think so, but the book does have to do with vampires and blood.  Still romance, still hope.  It really is a good book.  The movie is coming out in December I believe.  The only thing is is that the guy who plays Edward doesn't look like Edward should.  And there are a couple of scenes that don't fit with the book.

Apr. 25, 2008 - EMOness

 EMOness can be a nice thing I'm sure.  I think we all have a bit of EMOness.  We all can be frustrated and show that part of us.  I think we should try to quickly put that part of us away.  Well, I can't say that.  When I get frustrated I want to show that EMOness.  I want to sulk for days.  I put it away soon enough.  But!   Even on very good days I show my EMOness.   If I'm happy sometimes I'll dress all black, and most of the time my mother asks me if I'm going Goth.  I reply happily, " No!  I just happened to pick a black outfit. "

  I would like it if people would tell me when their EMOness comes out.   My EMOness comes out when I'm sad, happy, and sometimes when I feel I want change. 

     So . . . when does your EMOness come out?

Apr. 17, 2008 - Nice

 ca16 said it right.  I totally agree on both looks of EMO.  It can be a state of dress.  She also described that perfectly.  Skinny jeans, converse, and long hair in face.  Most likely the hair is black, but I've seen red.  That seems like the two colors.  Black and red.  Nice colors, I'm sure.

 It can also be a state of mind.  Doing it to get attention, or really having problems.  Some think it is cool to say their is a light in darkness.  I don't know.  I can't say that I don't like the darkness sometimes.  I think we all do.  Sometimes I'm in a bad mood, or I just decide that I want to be dark.  I'll dress in whatever black clothes I have for a week or so.  I have to say it's nice to have dark thoughts every once in awhile. It's only nice for the moment.

  The kids who really have problems need some help.  It's okay to prefer dark colors, but it is not okay to take the darkness to the mind.  Wallowing in evil thoughs is wicked.  Everyone slips.  I'm repeating myself.  If you have serious dark problems then talk to somebody. Maybe they can . . . ummm, how do I put this . . . sort your evil thoughts.  ^_^

Apr. 16, 2008 - Hmmmmm

  By now you will think I've gone crazy.  It's just that all of a sudden I had the need to make another blog about EMO love.  I want veiws about anything EMO.   I'm confused about it, and don't know what to think.  I like an EMO person. Life is tuff.  Also I will be putting music videos on here, because I couldn't put them on my other blogs.   Enjoy EMO love.
