Mar. 23, 2009 - ~Week of the Zucchini
All dressed up and ready to go to market 
I was blessed with a nice sized box of zuchini this past week. So now - to eat it all up!
I 'googled' zucchini recipes and came up with a bunch. This morning we'll see which ingredients we have on hand and see how many yummy recipes we'll be able to cook up this week. Lord willing, I'll post pictures and recipes and use up all this wonderful zuchini while keeping my grocery budget down. Zucchini muffins, zuchini bread, stuffed zucchini, zucchini soup.....Don't you just love experiments?!
Update on the garden:
Some really exciting happenings in our garden and wanna be orchard this week! I'll be updating soon..... for now I hold my tongue keys 
As you can see the children are having a lot of fun playing with the zuchini. I'll add this to the list of 'All-time Best childrens toys' which will probably rank second under Big Box.
