Jul. 10, 2009 - ~Popping in to say Hello
Such a full week - I have not been able to find the time to finish blogging, although I've started quite a few times!.
We've continued phase 2 of our kitchen (pics the next day or so), I've continued organizing, had out of town guests, enjoyed a girls day out with friends, and encountered cold #2 of what I hope to be the last cold of the season, Wew!

~She weighed in at 25 pounds and , if all goes well, we'll eat the melon this weekend
The garden is still growing. They say that if you keep picking cucumbers, they'll keep growing and 'they', whoever 'they' are, are absolutely right! We have not been tending to the garden because of the rain and busy-ness, but we're still reaping the produce from the weeks that we have. Blessings!
Just last evening Hubby went out and picked a big beautiful cucumber and a very oddly large squash that I intend to take a picture of today. Peppers are growing like crazy and the chickens are laying eggs like crazy. Anyone know of a recipe using eggs, peppers, and cucumbers?
