Even though we have been on Spring Break for the past several weeks, we had a great "teaching moment" at our house last night. At about 8:30 the space shuttle flew over our home preparing to land and we heard the sonic boom from it's re-entry. It was SO COOL! Then we were able to watch the actual landing on TV a few minutes later. M was especially fascinated by it. We are only about 2 hours from Cape Canaveral, so hopefully we can go see one live someday.
