Unschoolers Wanted
The Atlanta Journal's education blog, Get Schooled, is soliciting for unschoolers to respond to their recent inquiry: Do You Unschool?
A word of caution, there are already a number of comments from the public at large, many of which are negative. It has become quite an active exchange. It is all too obvious that a number of commenters have a limited perception of homeschooling in general as well as their own children's education.
If you are able to get beyond these comments, it would be a great thing for such a broad audience to read about good unschooling.

Just wanted to say thanks for posting these things. I don't have any reason to read the Atlanta paper so I'd never have known about it. I wrote on the last one you sent in. I don't unschool though so I'll skip this one. I wish our local papers were as interested in what their readers have to think. But I live in LA so basically if you are not a complete libertarian (not the party, the lifestyle) your voice is not solicited.

Thanks for stopping by my blog, and for the kind comments on my HSB Front Porch post! I will have to go check out this unschooling survey and see what kind of comments are rolling around out there.
Thanks for the info! Hey, btw, your blog is really nice---the layout etc. Did you do that yourself? Mine needs a little organization, although I want to keep it pretty simple. Hmmmm....I might have to get some ideas from you!
