Birthday's are always filled with many traditions at our house.

First the birthday child in advance plans out the meals for the day: Bub (ds#2) chose omelets and Ama's sausage (bockwurst), roast beef sandwhices, scoop chips with cheese dip. For supper bless his little heart he wanted enchiladas (hot day....turn on oven ) but chose an ice cream cake. Whaaa hooo no baking!

This year my Beloved wanted to treat the kids to fireworks on their birthdays so Bub had his after dark. Lots of fun considering we haven't been able to shoot fireworks off in our state as long as I can remember. So we ended the day with a bang and one very happy 11 yr. old boy.
