So a few days ago I posted about Spool Knitting.  Well come to find out the kit my husband bought for our daughter is actually a Loom Knitting kit.  The smallest one in the set does make the coil like the Spool Knitter, but there are also two larger ones.  They make more of a tube.

Meanwhile while I was trying to figure out exactly what we had bought I came across this thing called a Knifty Knitter.  It works exactly the same as the Spool Knitters except it it makes hats!  (This set is $14.99 at JoAnn's and is on sale for 40% off until April 15th. I am sure you all are beginning to think I am a secrect blogger for JoAnn's, but truly I am not! LOL)   The 4 looms are for newborn, baby, child & adult sized hats.  It is so fun and the hats make up in a jiffy.  I have made 3 newborn hats in 2 days!

Here is my daughters doll modeling one of the newborn hats I made.  (BTW, the dress I made this summer.  My daughter was in a wedding and her doll had to have a dress for the wedding too. Yes, we have very pampered dolls!)
