Last night I realized I had just posted my 200th blog entry and decided to celebrate.  Here is what I did....

I visited every single one of my friends blogs - 119 of them!  Then I spent a little time praying for my HSB friends.  Thank you to all of you for sharing a little piece of your lives with me!  I am learning and growing so much reading your blogs and hearing your thoughts.  I started blogging 6 months ago looking for a way to journal our homeschooling for my children.  Little did I know all the blessing and support I would find at HSB!

Footprints on the Heart  

Some people come into our lives
and quickly go.
Some people move our souls to dance.
They awaken us
to new understanding
with the passing whisper of their wisdom.
Some people make
the sky more beautiful to gaze upon.
They stay in our lives for awhile,
leave footprints on our hearts
And we are never, ever the same.

I wonder how many entries I have.... I never really check... I am sure I have WAY to many!

What a nice way to celebrate. 119? That musthave taken forever!!!

And you wrote: "It never ceases to amaze me what amuses kids! If I did half the things to my kids that they do to themselves they would be screaming! LOL"
AND... Children Protective serivices would take our kids away if we did those things... I am always getting knocks att ehdoor from the garbage man or postman....."Your kid is on the garage roof... thught you might like to know..."... "Your boy is at the top of the tall tree in yourback yard.... and it's really windy....thught you'd want to know.".. that was right before a HUGE storm and there were tornado warnings out.... I'm glad they don't ALSO know we homeschool...LOL
