Lapbooking Party
Posted in My Kids
My 5 year old daughter told me a few
days ago that next year for her birthday she wants to have a Lapbooking
Party! Now how cool is that, she wants to do schoolwork for her
birthday party! I am feeling pretty good about instilling a love
of learning into my children after that comment! LOL

How about this... Take a couple group digital pictures at the beginning. Get someone to get them printed, along with photocopies (cheaper). As part of the party, have them make a small scrapbook page of the party. You could even type up something about the party - a poem, info about the party, whatever. They get a lasting momento; she gets to lapbook! LOL!
PS Think about the activities you do at the party. They might have redeeming qualities you can add to your lapbooks! :D
