Cyndi over at
Knowledge Box Central was kind enough to bless our family with 2 of their Thanksgiving Lapbooks! I wanted to pass along the information on how GREAT these lapbooks look.
The 1st on is for K-6th grade and is filled with all kinds of good stuff about the Pilgrims, the Native Americans, etc. Here is the link.
Thanksgiving Lapbook E-BookOne of the things I really like about this packet is all the research is included. I don't have to go looking around for the answers they want inserted in the booklets. I can read what is in the packet aloud to the kids and they can figure out what to put in the booklets. This will save us a bunch of trips back and for to the computer!
The 2nd on is for K-1st grade. I am in LOVE with this one! Here is the link:
Thanksgiving Games E-BookIt is sooooo age appropriate with games, color by numbers, word searches (My daughters favorite!) and just lots and lots of FUN! I plan on starting this one with my 5 year old ASAP!
If you are looking for something great to do with your kiddos this week in preparation for Thanksgiving click on over the
KnowledgeBoxCenteral and check these out.
You will be thankful you did!

When you made the block picture puzzle for your husband how did you glue them down and did you put a glaze over the?. Also i signed up for the free lapbook at live and learn and they have sent me about 50 emails from all sorts of people. How do I stop that? Hey I think that was 3 questions:O

That is good to know. I may order some sometime. I find I am not as creative as you are in being able to put these books together. If I have a format to follow it is easier and yet the benefit is the same. Maybe after I do a few I will get the hang of it and be able to put our own little mini books together. So far, I have been able to download free lapbook studies. If I were to pay for one, do you think 15$ is worth it? We are nearly finished with out thanksgiving lapbook from liveandlearnpress and it was wonderful. I had to find the information but it came with a list of good books and I reserved them from our library. Thanks for sharing all the great stuff you do. I really look forward to coming here to see what you have done next. I am jsut learning to be more involved in my kids learning experience.
