Posted in Lessons I Have Learned
My family just got home from celebrating Passover with our local Messianic Congregation. What a joy this celebration was! Last year was the 1st year we celebrated Passover, but I must tell you this is going to be a tradition in our family from now on. What a privilege it is to celebrate the same way Jesus would have! The rich symbolism of the Seder meal teaches us so much about Jesus and what he did for us! Words are inadequate to express the rich blessings we received tonight! Here is a online copy of a Messianic Haggadah. This is the booklet that the Rabbi uses to lead the Passover celebration. If you want to be deeply blessed I would encourage you to read through it. If you can find a Passover celebration to attend even better! Passover is actually next Tuesday, so there is still time! My kids absolutely LOVE this experience and I am still mind boggled that my 12 and 6 year old could sit through this 4 hour celebration and walk out talking about how they cannot wait for Passover next year!
