Monday Monday, so good to me,
Monday Monday, it was all I hoped it would be The Mama's & The Papa's
Here is a typical homeschool Monday at our house...
We rise and shine and get our Art and Sign Language homework done. The kids have both these classes today and we have to make sure assignments are done before we head off to class.
Getting started on art homework.
The kids are studying negative space. This was Mom's attempt at showing the kids how the project was to be done. (It is a hummingbird if you can't tell! LOL)
He is too little for the class, but he likes to do the homework anyway! He made a dinosaur with a little help from Mom.
Precision cutting.
Another hummingbird!
Homework is completed!
Once the Homework is done we do Math. Math is really the only subject we do on Monday other than our Co-op classes.
My daughter was doing the More M&M Math book which teaches about estimation, simple graphing, multiplication, factoring, problem-solving, division, and simple fractions...All using M&M's!
My oldest son working on his Math-U-See.
The 3 year old worked on counting M&M's! (And being silly!)
Off to classes! Since the 3 year old is too young for art class he goes to childcare, which he calls "play class". Mom has Bible study during this time. Art Class...
Sign Language Class... After Class we almost always stop at Sonic for 1/2 price drinks! Then is is home to eat the baked potatoes that are waiting for us in the crock pot. That's it...A Monday at our house! They are pretty much all the same!
Monday Monday, so good to me, Monday Monday, it was all I hoped it would be....
I love hearing the details of your day. We have a few days like that, too - days that don't change much. And then we have days of the week that can change drastically. :-)

We have homeschooled our children from the start and we love every minute of it! This is my place to share my thoughts on homeschooling, my kids and living for the Lord. All the while being a little outside the box!!
