You Know You Are a Homeschooler When...
You know you are a homeschooler when....
You move to a new State and you are up to your ears in boxes. You have not yet completely unpacked one room in your house, you have not gotten a new Driver's License, you have not gotten tags for your car, you procrastinate getting the water changed over to your name and it got turned off, (::blush::) you still have to use your GPS to find your new house...
BUT, You are already the proud owners of Library Cards for the local Library and have checked out your 1st pile of books!
ROFL!!!! Sometimes all I can do is laugh at myself!!!

Yep a sure sign...........We usually find the library, the grocery store, and the doctor (I have 8 boys, accidents happen) and in that order:)

LOL, I did the SAME thing when we moved back in October. Well, tried - I didn't have all the right paperwork the first time I went to the library after we moved. But that was indeed one of the very first things we did. Of course, we'd had all of our own books packed up for a while, and didn't have any from our old library, so we were going through book withdrawal - of course we had to go to the library!

LOL! We arrived in Illinois on Wednesday. We did our shopping on Thursday and on Friday we went and got our library card! I can so understand your priorities!
