My Rent A Kid, Neon, introduced me to this amazing free program offered by Google.  It is a 3D model of Earth that allows you an ariel view of anyplace on Earth from your computer.  It is an awesome homeschool tool.  (Which can eat up hours and hours of your time!  LOL)  I was going to write a review, but Neon wrote a great one, so I'll just give you the link to his page.  Enjoy!

By the way, in case you are wondering what a Rent A Kid is.....Neon is my oldest sons best friend, he practically lives with us.  We would adopt him, but his Mother  won't let us!  (The nerve of some people!  LOL)  Anyway, we drag him about everywhere with us. He is the extra child you will see in many of the pictures I post.  He and my oldest son look a lot alike, so I think most people just assume he's one of mine! 

This is my  ALL TIME favorite picture of Neon!  He's the one in the dress...see why I love this kid!!!
