Here it is!!  The 1st of December...already!!!  Where has 2008 gone?  It always surprises me when this time of year arrives.  I look forward to this month and the celebrations...the changes....the times with family and friends.  We have family in Minnesota, in the cold, and here we are in beautiful, sunny weather...in the 70's today!!  Love that!

    Bryan was up early this morning, attacking his school work.  It makes me smile to see his determination and his desire to do a good job.  Usually, by this time we are lamenting about all the time off we have taken and how much work is yet to be done.  Not this year, though.  We are on track and content!!

    Our Thanksgiving was very nice.  We spent the day with the Disbrows, deep frying and grilling turkeys, eating other delicious yummys and playing games.  It was fun and so comfortable.  Life is so good and there is so much for which to be thankful!  Kent was home for 4 days, which is not a usual thing.  That was really nice.  We hit some stores on Friday, for the fun of it, but things were not as crazy as we expected!  It was fun to shop and plan and drool over the big ticket items we would never really buy.  HA!  Good times.
