Well dear readers, I have been putting off this entry for quite a while now. Surely you have noticed that I have been writing less and less, not because of lack of desire or material, but simply because my life has grown so complicated over the last few months. But I feel it is finally time to share with you that Ryan and I are divorcing. That is the reason I have gone back to work and my children were put into public school. I am sure many of you have been affected by divorce in some way and maybe some of you have a small idea what I am going through.
If you are inclined to pray for me, I am in desperate need of a car in the next month. I am currently making $6000 a year and the prospect of supporting myself is terrifying. Your encouragement is greatly appreciated during this difficult time. Pray that maybe there is a peace to be found in the midst of this storm somewhere.
I will keep this blog up and running as much as possible until January 1, when I will lose access to a computer. Dear readers...you and this little blog have meant surprisingly much to me.

I am so sorry. I was hoping you were just busy with work and all. I think I could cry and I don't even know you, in person that is. But this makes me so sad to read. I will be praying for your family. Nothing is impossible with God and HE can restore that which has been lost. I will pray for your children as I am sure this is hard on them also. I will be praying that you also find a good church that will help you and encourage you to trust God and not rely on feelings that are so deceiving. Again I am sorry and please post update. Hi Jen, I'm so sorry to here this news. I will pray for you, as you have been such an inspiration to me through my homeschooling & homemaking journey. You are probably not even able to relize how much you helped me grow into a more godly woman. I just prayed for you. A very good resource is Focus on the Family. If you call them, they will help you. Today, the featured article on their site is "Divorce, Is It the Answer" http://www.family.org/marriage/a000001134.cfm. If you're still hoping to restore your marriage, I've seen God do mighty acts of restoration when all hope seemed lost. Oh Sweetie ~ I am crying my eyes out for the dearest person I have never met in real life! I'm so sorry for what you're going through. I will be praying for you, Ryan, and your dear littles. Your blogging has been such an inspiration to me, and a laugh on days that have been tough.
