So, here is my first entry on my newest excuse to be on the computer...a web blog. Just what I needed, eh? Anyhow, I'm sitting here watching the olympics, cheering for the girls of the USA hoping that they win the ladies figure skating medal. It's hard to blog, watch the olympics and be occasionally interrupted by a pint sized Zorro.

Yes, Zorro lives in my house and has little respect for the olympics unless Daddy is watching, then suddenly he is extremely fascinated. He's only three, so I suppose he is a Zorro in training. On occasion, he is James Bond, but today he is Zorro, with more swords crammed into his pockets than I can count. I'm sure many other homeschooling moms have a Zorro, a Darth Vader, or the like under their roofs to keep them entertained.

A litte about our homeschooling day...well, we didn't really have one today. We are getting our school room back in order after it was turned upside down by some much needed kitchen renovations that took longer than expected. However, I expect us to be back in full swing by Monday, starting our studies of the renaissance and diving further into Botany. Oh yes, and those 3 R's as well. I spent the day making copies, calling clients ( I had one who had a beautiful birth last week. ), and brushing up on my renaissance knowledge before we dive into next week.
