Goodwill find for $4.99. I broke a rule of mine when I bought this birdhouse. I didn't need it. I just wanted it.
I apologize for not being around much today. It's been a wonderful day, but busy! We finished our first full week of lessons, had eye exams, and went grocery shopping. And tonight is a cook out with dear friends, so I made my famous pasta salad.
Jenn's Easy Pasta Salad
1 bag of washed baby spinach
1 box of bow tie pasta, prepared and cool
Ken's Steakhouse Asian Sesame dressing (enough to coat) (Newman's Own also works fine)
1 small can mandarian oranges
1 pepper, color of your choice, chopped
1 cucumber, chopped
Handfull of Sliced almonds, optional
Mix together and serve. If you want to make this a main dish, add grilled chicken breast. Makes a lot! Have a great weekend. I'll see you again on Monday! Here's a partying shot...

That you can do all this and homeschool and BLOG boggles my mind. I'm visiting S&Ts and just thinking how amazing you guys are, and wondering if I could have blogged and taught at the same time (well, not at the EXACT same time, but you know what I mean).
That salad sounds yummy. I like the birdhouse, it looks so cute where you have it. An that's a very good buy. And the picture of your kids is absolutely adorable. :)

dh just came up with the tent idea, figured up the measurments and cut the pieces the right size. The day he did it I mentioned to him that he should make up a few kits and see if they would sell. Maybe I should mention it again!

Don't feel bad, I've done the same thing. I really don't need it but, boy oh boy it'll look great in the house. Love the window and your collection's. Great fine for less then 5.00.
