This week at Olympians ,the Wednesday night Bible club our kids go to, the theme was Beach Party. I took these pictures just before leaving. They came home just as worked up and as usual it took awhile to get them to sleep! In fact, this is how they've been acting since spring got here. Everyday is a party in their minds. And I am the party pooper making them finish the school year strong!
Have a great weekend. If you'd like to see more Show & Tell posts, see Mary aka Canadagirl.

Hey, Jenn! Great shots! Why do I think I've seen that "gleam" in your kids' eyes somewhere. It's like my kids have that same "gleam" at times, I think. ;') Looks like they were having a ton of fun.
Oh, you party pooper!
Yep, my kids always had to go until Memorial Day, at least!
Your Beach Party kids look adorable and they also look like good friends (Hmmm...caught them in a weak moment, or are they always sweet and kind to each other?) LOL
It must be fun there. I want to be your cheer leader and say you are NOT a partypooper. Tell your dc that you took them to the party and you have fun amongst the things that make life fun. Learning to read and figure and write helps you have the skills to do all those FUN things. You are supporting their fun !!!
Such cute kids! How can you be a party pooper????!!!
Honestly, though, I am the ultimate wet blanket according to my own children. Sometimes, I have in mind to do something wild and crazy and spontaneous, as I used to do before I was a mommy, but then my mommy brain takes over and reminds me of the realities of life and the consequences of not getting our work done, and, well....it never seems worth it.
I guess I am my own party pooper!
Your not as big of a party pooper as me. We are going to be doing school through the summer. No finishing this year for us. We'll be lucky if we get finished by August when our next year is supposed to start. LOL. The kids look adorable. Man, they are growing up fast. A beach sounds really good right now. I loved that day it got near 80. Then back to frost. You gotta love IN weather, huh? Thank you for your prayers for my family while I was away.
Hello. My name is Jenn and I am striving to be a servant of Jesus Christ. I am a wife of 13 years to my best friend and a stay at home mom of 3 wonderful home educated children ages 10, 8, 6 here in beautiful Central Indiana. Titus 2:5 says to older women that we are to teach younger women "to be self-controlled and pure, to be busy at home, to be kind, and to be subject to their husbands, so that no one will malign the word of God." This blog is my way of encouraging others to be Busy At Home.
