With a birthday there comes celebration!

So far this birthday week has been a very nice one and it is far from over. There is the Fall Harvest Party at church on Friday, birthday party for a friend of Trevor's on Saturday at a bounce place, and Trevor's family party on Sunday.

Already this week we've been to a pumpkin patch with friends and to the museum. Here are some photos from those events.

What wonderful photos! The pumkin patch looks to be like a whole lot of fun! I always enjoy taking our little ones to the Children's Museum. Thank you for your sweet words on how to start a 'Yada Yada' prayer group. I will try to make it so, with Gods' help. of course.

You guys sure have been busy, but it looks like a lot of fun! Sorry to hear Trevor has a fever today - not a good way to start out being 7. Hope he feels better very soon.

This is great. A real corn field for a maze? Wow. Country living - so wonderful. We usually have stacks of hay piled high to make our CA mazes. Still fun... but the real corn is GREAT!

You are having a busy week but catching the colorful moments. Parties, museums, harvest fests...oh, my! I tried a chat box for the first time on your side bar, at least I was able to enter something on it. Never done that.

I like your City Boy's Dream caption. I'm reading a book of mine when I was a kid (re reading my 'old' books is fun and I don't recall a lot of some of them from long ago and they are easy reads...then my dd can read them and we can have our own book club). My current book is "The Eagle Feather Prize" by Hoffine...the young boy's dream is to have a pony, he gets a pony now he's working on learning to rope calves off the pony. I was just reading it. Then there's your son..on his pony with a rope and your caption.

We've been enjoying all the fall colors around here. I'm bummed we didn't get to a corn maze this year...we really like those. Looks like you got to one in your photo.
