Have you met my new friend, Annie Kate? Oh, she is so wise. I wanted to be sure to introduce you to her so that you might glean from her as I have. Go on over and read her latest post about her guidelines for going out. You won't be sorry! She put into words what I have been thinking about outside activities, especially this winter. Thank you, Annie Kate.
Blessings on your day!

Annie Kate is indeed a gem! I'm glad she has started blogging because she has a lot of wisdom to share.
Hey, Jenn, since we live so close to each other, wouldn't it be cool if we could take a trip to Canada and meet Annie Kate and CanadaGirl?

I second you visiting us up in Canada ! [0; I know she and I live on opposite ends of Canada. ((sniff sniff))
I wanted to thank you for linking this post. I did go and visit it and I was very impressed how she put into words of what I have practiced for so long. It helped that we are a one car family who lives about 25 min. out of town which forces me not to do a lot. I am thankful we don't get too exposed to too many germs b/c of this.
I love all the pics of Grace. I really like the one of her and the laundry basket.
Pray you have fun with your October b-days celebrations. We will be celebrating Luke's b-day on Sat. and then we will have another for Philip soon. He was gone on the 18th so we still need to celebrate his day. Then it won't be long before there is Novembers celebrations...aniversary and Handsome's b-day.
Sending you a HUGE ((HUG)) my SSiC

Since I have worked the last five days (today included), and only have one day off before heading back to work, I have a feeling that I will choose to skip church tomorrow. I know that may not sit well w/many people. However, I know my body. My body says it has been a physically and emotionally exhausting week. Unless I get extra sleep tonight, I will be staying home and resting so that my body doesn't decide to get sick due to the pressures on it lately.
OTOH, if I stay home tomorrow, I will miss out on the church service for Extreme Makeover Home Edition!

| We are homebodies, too! It is such a blessing to be at home and CONTENT! I wish more Americans could experience it! Maybe that is the blessing to be found in the bad economy.... |

Oh, Jenn and ProverbsMama! You two make me blush! But thank you.
I think it's so important for moms to feel free to stay at home, rather than compelled to rush about. Hopefully I've helped a few moms to be peaceful at home without feeling guilty.
But if anyone wants to come visit us rather than staying at home (grin), I'd LOVE it!
