~ Please Accept My Apologies ~

I apologize for my previous post.  I wrote it half-serious and half tongue-in-cheek.   I am over my self-pity party now.

Physically I am feeling a little better, and the sun is out today, so things are looking up.  I wonder if I should go get one of those lamps for people with Seasonal Affective Disorder?  My attitude really takes a dive when the sun is gone for 5 full days in a row.

Ryan is feeling better as well.  No one else is complaining of an ailment at this moment, so perhaps we will be able to have a nice weekend.

We are planning to go up to see Jeff's mom tomorrow.  If the weather cooperates, we may get to take a walk along the beach.

Sunday after church we hope to put up our Christmas tree.  We've never put it up this early, but I knew it would make my husband really happy if we put it up early this year.  He's so into everything about Christmas.

I hope you have a lovely weekend, whatever you are doing.

Blessings,

Jenn

Sounds like a fun weekend. I hope you do get to walk along the beach. That would be so nice for November.

We don't put up our Christmas things until the day after Thanksgiving. The kids want them up earlier, but Paul and I don't. :) Then we take them down the day after Christmas. Paul's birthday is on the 27th, I've always tried to give him a special day. Plus, by then, Paul and I are tired of the decorations. :) But of course the kids love them. We put Christmas lights in their bedrooms, they really enjoy that.

Hi Jenn,
I'm sorry I haven't been around for the last couple of days and missed you feeling under the weather/clouds. Glad you are feeling better - sunshine always makes me smile (hey, they should write a song like that). That is partly why I love FL so much - the Sunshine State!

I like your poem, that made me smile too. I'm not much of poetry person, so the more goofy, the better. lol

Going to the beach would be fun!!!

Wow, Christmas tree already. My Jeff won't let me do anything Christmas until after Dec. 1 since Dec. 1 is his birthday and he doesn't want it overshadowed by the festivities of the season. :) I'm going Christmas shopping tomorrow though. I've waited too late too many times in the past and then the stores are always sold out of everything good.

Jenn,
LOL, no need for apologies, I have had my share of sickness w/ one child only. It can very discouraging when there is no end to it, and on top of if the sun does not shine. LOL, me too, , I have also thought of buying this lamp you are talking about. You too have a lovely weekend.
((((hugs from Greenfield))))
