Jan. 29, 2006 - The Military Rollercoaster
We are getting ready for David's deployment to Iraq. This has been a challenge on us. Not because of where he's going, but because of the hurry up and wait game. It gets a bit emotional. We are so thankful that we are homeschooling, and offering our daughters the ability to spend more time with their dad.
I am starting a heart of wisdom study on Adam to Abraham. I was wondering if anyone else has tried it. What's your thoughts?

I'll keep you all in my prayers as you wait for David's deployment. A heartfelt "thank you" to him and your family. Our military and their families are incredible! Is the WNC conference the one on Feb. 18th? (Richard from Solomon's Secrets is organizing it?) I think Cindy is going to do that one. My DD's birthday party is that day..it's just a small little party at our house, but I know DH would not want to handle it on his own :) I plan to post about it on the NCLoop and our local yahoo group of about 575 famliles. I'll post it on UNIFOUR's board, too. It was good to hear from you on my blog
