WOW! Where did the summer go? I can't believe the yellow buses are zooming by and the boys are wondering where is everyone going. Oh yes, I have had to deal with that question "Can I go to school?"

I definitely struggle with knowing if I am doing the right thing but I know the other options are just not what I want for my kids. So we go thru the reasons why we homeschool and try to explain that life would definitely be different from what they know now.......yes 6:30a.m. is really early in the morning and 8hrs is a long time to be away from home. Also we travel alot so that wouldn't happen and there wouldn't be any field trips.....so for now all is well and we continue on the path that we as a family believe is the best for us.

By the way we are homeschooling two boys ages 7 and 4 1/2 and  this is our first real year to start schooling each and every day! I pray each and every day for guidance, understanding and faith for all that is dealt my way and we just look forward to growing and changing with each passing season.

Here's to the new adventure and a start to a new season in our lives!
