This is a pic of our house last summer. My room is the dormer all the way on the right. We built it ourselves, and it only took six years! It is built of 16 inch long logs, mortar, and sawdust with lime (that's the insulation). So the walls are 16 inches thick. If you really, really want to know how the walls are built, tell me and I will try to explain it to you!
Well this is a pretty boring entry, but I really like our house and wanted to show it to you.
BTW, if you are wondering what the black thing by the steps is, it is our mini Dachsund, Dahlia. :)

That's a beautiful home. I love it! How long have you lived there? I've lived in three places in my life, but only remember two. The one I'm living in now is the one I've been in longest (10 years!).
