Aug. 22, 2005 - Joining the blogging world

Well, I've attempted it before, but I think I can really do it this time- I'm going to start a blog.  The problem in the past has been that I can never quite leave what I've written up- I'm such a perfectionist and what I've written is never quite good enough.  Does anyone else have that problem.  But I'm going to stop over-analyzing my entries and just start writing- and posting my entries.

So I am hoping to post frequently about what we're doing here at our homeschool- I'm not sure if it will be interesting to anyone else, but I'd like to have a record of our accomplishments so that I can look back and say, "wow, we really did accomplish something today" or "this month", or "this year."

So, I hope someone will occasionally stop by and say "hello", if not, hopefully I'll get something out of this, at the least.

O.K.  Phew.  My first entry.  Now I'm actually going to add it, even if  it's not witty or sparkling with personality!

I, too, am keeping a blog in order to record what goes on around here. I think it will be fun (and encouraging) to look back on our year.
