at a Topsy Turvy cake happened this weekend. Thought you might want to see. It was for a very special baby.

So, for those of you who were looking for me, I have been out and about in the last few days and not near the computer as much as usual. This week is not going to be any different. Look for another cake photo soon.

Next time I make a cake, I'll just call it Topsy-Turvy and pretend I meant it to turn out that way.

How did you get the second layer to stay put? Lots of frosting? I'm sure my attempt would slide right off.
