I just noticed that I am close to 1000 comments.  Some of the comments are questions and I never know where to answer them..... So, I will just attempt to answer them in this entry.
The number 8 and 0 (zero) for my 80 cake was made with 2 bundt molds and one loaf tin.  I should have taken photos of how I constructed it, the thought did cross my mind at the time, I'm sorry I didn't.
I will gladly share recipes - which ones specifically would you like?
Yes, the decorations are all edible, even the metallic food colouring. Personally, I do not eat any of it, I prefer savoury to sweet every time. My daughter is like me but I have a son and a husband who absolutely love sweet stuff and they give me feedback.
The new photo program I have been using is called Picnik.
I now have to get back to my 2nd Dora cake.
