Jul. 21, 2008 - Busy Times
I'm sorry that my posts are not regular, I've had a busy summer. We've gone to Disney, Camp, had VBS and we go to the beach in August.
Here are some pictures of my Disney trip with my friend Taylor. 
Me and my mom, and Taylor and her mom (Aunt Anna) went to Disney for the day. It was so hot, that I don't know if I ever want to go in the summer time again!
This is me and Taylor at Animal Kingdom by a waterfall--the spray felt great!
This is Club Cool in Epcot. They have free sample of soft drinks from around the world. Me and Taylor were so thirsty we just wanted to go in and get a drink.
This is our drink we made up and we call it TJ's Mixicola! This is me testing it--Taylor is thinking "she's crazy"--but she liked it too when she tried it.
It's been difficult trying to blog, so i'm going to make a time once a week for blogging--see you next week with more pictures!

May. 7, 2008 - I'm Back!!
Hi, Sorry I haven't posted in a long time, I was really busy with the Youth Fair, Dance, and our Co-op. I'm going to finally post about my Birthday trip to Disney.
This is me and my Grandpa in front of Cinderella's castle--His Birthday is right after mine.
We had a great time. My mom, Aunt Tracie, and Grandma and Grandpa went together. We had dinner at Tony's Italian Resturant on Main Street USA. If you look, you can see Lady and the Tramp on the window
A cast member at Disney saw my birthday pin while we were waiting to be called for lunch and asked me , my mom, Aunt Tracie, and Grandma to follow them. I got a private meeting with Cinderella. She talked to me for about 15 minutes and let us get a lot of pictures. She was really nice and told me that Giselle (Enchanted) has a surprise appearance right before the parade in Adventureland (she told me, because I had my Giselle doll with me)
I Went to Adventureland and Giselle said Happy Birthday to me and when she noticed my doll she said " Look, it's me!!!" I'll post those pictures next post because it's telling me that I don't have enough space!!

Jan. 17, 2008 - Hi
The 26th of next month is my birthday. Me, my mom, my Aunt Tracie, and my Grandma and Grandpa are going to Disney World for the day. I hope to go to Tony's for lunch, it's an Italian resturaunt on Main St. (it's supposed to be like Tony's from Lady and the Tramp). My favorite ride at disney is Soaring , it is a visiting ride-from Califorina. It is a 4D ride and you feel like you are flying on a hang-glider. My favorite part about it is when you fly over an orange grove you smell the oranges. I also like the part where you fly over a snowy mountain and smell pine trees! I'm really excited about my birthday-I always have fun.
I made a pueblo village diorama and a new cake from cake class but I can't post pictures today because the batteries are low. I'll try to post them tomorrow, Bye

Jan. 9, 2008 - Our Christmas
The day before Christmas eve Christy (my step-sister) and I slept outside, in the back of the truck. We had a nice toasty campfire and the next morning we were supposed to get up early, but Dustin (my stepbrother) got up first and scared us. Then we got up and opened presents. My favorite thing that I got was a bag and a long trench-like coat, a Nancy Drew book with the audio CD, and a Nancy Drew computer game The Secret of the Old Clock--it's really neat because everything in it is old fashioned like from the 1930's. I'm going to learn to be slueth-like, like Nancy Drew.
We tried to make a rocket for science (we are studying astronomy) This was kind of a model of the Space craft Cassini that is exploring Saturn . It didn't work that great 
At cake decorating class last night I made a cake with Belle from Beauty and the Beast on it. I learned to make rosebuds, they are all red around the edge of the cake.

Dec. 17, 2007 - the cinnamon bear
Our family is listening to a story called The Cinnamon Bear. The cinnamon bear is an old radio show about a family. The two kids are in their attic looking for the star for their Christmas tree. When they find an old bear they soon learn that the star for their Christmas tree is gone. The Crazy Quilt Dragon stole it. The kids went to maybe-land to find it. They have lots of neat adventures in Maybe-land looking for their star. These stories came from Homeschool Radio Shows They offer free stories everyweek and if you join (we did) you get extra stories and stuff. It's really neat.

Dec. 11, 2007 - My dolls
My dolls are American girls I have Nellie, Samantha, and Jess . I might get A look- a- like doll for Christmas. I got Samantha on Christmas 2 years ago. I bought Nellie in 6 month after Christmas. and I got Jess last Christmas. I read the advent books to my dolls and caleb. My family reads the little advent story books each night in December until Christmas.

Taylor is my best friend.
We love to do things together like go to MOSI, normally when we go to MOSI we get dippin dots.
We are getting together to make Chrismas cookies and gingerbread houses. I'll post some pictures when we are done.

Dec. 4, 2007 - My Home
This is a picture of my house. It's yellow because my step-dad's favorite color is yellow. I share a bedroom with my step-sister. My step-brother's room is next to our room. We turned our garage into a schoolroom last year, and we have really big desks. We have no carpet just tile and wood floors. I get tired of the tile, especially in the winter when it is cold. There is a picture of me on our tire swing I really have fun on it. We have 2 four wheelers, I have a lot of fun on them too. Well, school is over for the day so I'm going to go and clean my room.

Dec. 3, 2007 - More about me
Today is Monday, and Caleb is here. Caleb is a little 2 year old boy that we babysit sometimes. He has toast for breakfast when he gets here in the morning. He calls it "toaf". He is so cute!! I'm really glad we get to have him over.

I get to go to the Gaylord Palms Resort in two weeks to see the Ice Show that comes there every year. I really like the neat sculptures that are there. I get to ice skate there too. That's really cool because in Florida you don't get the chance to ice skate. They also serve hot chocolate.

Nov. 29, 2007 - I'm sorry
I'm so sorry that I forgot to write yesterday. I was too busy, I was at my Grandpa's house, and there is always a lot of fun things to do. Tuesday I went to my cake decorating class. My grandpa was working and hurt his back, so I gave him my cake. My cake was decorated like a Mickey Mouse, Christmas wreath, because they work at Disney World. This was my favorite cake that I have made.

Nov. 27, 2007 - this thanksgiving
This thanksgiving I went to Tennessee to visit an old friend.their son's name is "little T" he has cool mini legos .We got to go in a cave it was cool. The cave's name is the Forbidden Cavern. The day we went to Georgia, we saw the The Lost Sea Adventure, it is a cave with a under ground lake it was so cool
and I had a boat ride on the lake! We also went to Cade's Cove and saw some old churches and cemetary. We went hiking and climbed down to a creek it was really pretty. I'll try to write more tomorrow.

Nov. 26, 2007 - My first Blog
Hi everyone, I'm 10 years old and I'm in 5th grade. I have a pet turtle and a pet goldfish. I got the idea to start a blog from One Child Policy Homeschool's Sprite. My mom is helping me to get started.
This is a day at my house. We wake up at 6:35 and have to hurry to eat breakfast before 7:15. At 7:15 a timer rings and we have to be in the schoolroom for devotions. My favorite subjects are journal, science, and lunch. We are usually done with school by 12:00 or 1:00. My most disliked subject is math!!! It is so hard it gives me a headache!! Some of my math problems are not so hard though. We are studying astronomy in science, I love it! especially when there are projects and coloring.
Some of my extra activites are a homeschool 4-H club, a fine arts co-op (art and choir), worship dance, and a cake decorating class at my church.
