Just wanted to do a quick update on our family.

First, we are expecting blessing #8 on 8-8-09 (although my babies usually stay in about 10 days past their due dates.)

Next, our house was destroyed by fire on Feb. 27, 2009. We lost pretty much everything but we are now in the process of rebuilding and it is coming along quickly. We were not fully covered because we haven't ever updated our policy since we bought the house (an old farmhouse "handyman special") in 1998 so I'd like to remind you all to UPDATE your policy, especially when you are making big home improvements like we've done over the years.

Here are some pictures. The 3 bunnies in the pen in the first picture were saved by the firemen and none of our animals or family members were hurt in the fire.
