We're back from our trip to visit Leland's sister and explore housing/job options where they live. It was hard with not knowing if our house will sell fast enough to move this fall, to really do a lot of job searching, but Leland started the process a little bit of seeing what's out there. We also went out looking at land that we could move onto in the future. The one property we're most excited about also has a pretty nice hunting cabin on it. It sits on 40 acres of woods with lots of birch trees (and other kinds of trees), and beautiful wildflowers. We would also still move a mobile home onto the property. There's already a driveway in and electricity out to the cabin so some things would be easier with moving there. The cabin would be very nice for many things - it would give us lots of options for possible money-making or fun activities or guests. We've been thinking about making a list of all the different ideas we've had for the cabin - there have been a lot!

So we'll see what happens. There was another very nice property without a cabin that we would also be somewhat interested in but we'll have to wait and see... All of this will only be posssible if our house sells and so far there's nothing happening on that front, though it's only been on the market for a couple of days... It's hard waiting and wondering! So that's the update for now. So we live in a very cleaned-out house and will be trying to keep it that way for a while! That's it for now!
