Here's a fun activity if you need something new to do during the long winter days! Gingerbread Houses are sometimes associated with Christmastime, but would be a great activity for any time of year!
When we do Gingerbread houses, we usually go simple with graham crackers and store-bought frosting. You can just use the frosting to construct the houses, but if you want to be sure they don't fall apart, use a hot glue gun to make the house structure. We don't eat ours anyways!
