We went house hunting today in a small town (about 100 people) out in the country. Ultimately we'd like more land, but this would be a step towards having land some day. This is the place of the 2 we saw that we are interested in buying. It's in a large double-wide manufactured home on 1/2 an acre. It has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths plus an office, a living room, a family room, a kitchen/eating area, a small laundry area, and a nice deck on the back. It needs all new flooring as they had a pipe break when it was vacant.
There is an accepted offer on the house, but it's contingent and our realtor needs to find out what the contingencies are. We may make an offer - still weighing the decision! We could buy this place debt-free which would be wonderful! Here are some pics!
I love the large kitchen/eating/living room all in one room! I hate trying to cook and not being able to see what's going on with all the kids!
