I love the old hymns. I love to sit down and play the piano or hear my husband playing the piano. Lately he's been playing hymns and choruses every evening after putting the kids in bed. Tonight I sang along with him some. I used to wake the kids up every morning by playing the piano for a while. I would then play one of my favorites, "O the Deep, Deep Love of Jesus" each morning and then afterwards I would play, "This is the Day" for them to wake up to. They were supposed to get up and out of bed by the time the song was done playing. Lately with the new baby I haven't been doing that as she's often in bed with me until close to time for the kids to get up. I miss it! Anyways, I thought I'd include the words to one of my favorite hymns!
