The tittle says it all. My mom and I were coming home from 4-H Dog club Monday night. My dog Glory was with us also. We (Glory and I) were in the back seat of the van. We were about a mile from our house. I was telling my mom something and I got interrupted when my mom yelled. yickes! If any of you have ever hit a deer then you know that it is LOUD. I heard a loud crunch and bang. I was thinking what the goodness just happend? My mom said we just hit a deer! It took a little while to settled down and breath. We didn't even stop after we hit the deer because it happened so fast. After we got home we got out of the van and looked at the front. It was all "shmooshed" in. My mom's shoulder kinda hurts but besides that we are fine! You can see pictures of the van in my photo album. They might not be on there when I post this, but I will try to get them on as soon as possible! see ya' *~goatgirl46~* |

I know some of you live on farms and have had an opossom or a raccoon in your barn! Well my family and I moved to a small farm in October and so far I have one dog and two cats, that live in the barn. Well, I was out there tonight and I was giving them some food when I noticed some droppings on the straw. I just thought that it was the cats, but then they have a litter box so they would not be using the restroom elswhere. My mind then thought that there might be something else coming up there. I asked my Daddy to come up to the loft and have a look in the straw. ( I was too nervous to look At first I thought that he was kidding but when he said it again, I knew that it was real by the way he acted!!!! We put the cats in the barn and went inside our house. We were thinking about calling animal control tomorrow and also asking a friend what he would do. I'll update my blog to tell you what we do, whatever it is goatgirl46 |

Is there ever a day that mattresses Why do people constantly return to the refrigerator with hopes that something new to eat will have materialized? Why do people keep running over a string a dozen times with their vacuum cleaner, then reach down, pick it up, examine it, then put it down to give the vacuum one more chance? Why is it that no plastic bag at the grocery stores will open from the end on your first try? How do those dead bugs get into those enclosed light fixtures? When we are in the supermarket and someone rams our ankle with a shopping cart then apologizes for doing so, why do we say, 'It's all right?' Well, it isn't all right, so why don't we say, 'That really hurt, why don't you watch where you're going?' Why is it that whenever you attempt to catch something that's falling off the table you always manage to knock something else over? In winter why do we try to keep the house as warm as it was in summer when we complained about the heat? Hi everybody Thursday night the farmgirls and I went to see the movie COME WHAT MAY. It was very good! This is what the back of the movie says. Caleb teams up with Rachel to lead Patrick Henry College to the National Moot Court Championship. Along the way, he is caught in a moral tug-of-war between his parents- a newly Christian father, and a constitutional attorney mother. As the PHC moot court team and the U.S. Supreme court simultaneously grapple with legal cases involving abortion, Caleb clashes with his mother and his own conscience as he struggles to internalize his beliefs and stand on Biblical values.
