http://www.homeschoolblogger.com/juditupp/186690/  It's my post about the taggy blanket.  It's a wonderful way to use up all of those bits of ribbon that are too small to use for much but too big to throw away.  Use fleece, flannel and a silky fabric for contrast.  Make them in different colors and prints.  Babies love them!
