Home Spun contest winner #4

This idea was entered by Dell. When I asked how Kendra would like to appear, I was told she wanted to be blond with a blue dress. When it was explained that I draw in black and white, Kendra replied that that's fine, as long as when I draw it I THINK of the dress as blue, then it will be blue even if the blue doesn't show. I love this girl.
So, Kendra, I am thinking blue very hard...

I found your blog through Dell's post about the Kendra comic today! You should hear some of our funny stories... they might inspire you... especially what we call Hannah-isms! :)

My kids always start rattling the grade for each subject which sometimes could be 4 or 5 different grades, depending on the kid, year, and season. "Well in Math I'm in 8th grade, but Language Arts I'm in 7th. I kinda got behind in penmanship so that is only 5th grade. In Reading I'm in lots of grades......" I finally had to tell my kids, "People just want to know how old you are. Only tell them what grade you would be in if you were in public school."
